The best app to improve your running 🏃🏼‍♀️ I’ve been running for about 5 years and Runna has been the catalyst in my improvement. I’m currently training for a November marathon and never has a weekend long run been easier. Countless training runs and smaller races have demonstrated a constant improvement and I feel healthier every day. The carefully designed plans ensure that strength is balanced with ‘de-load’ weeks to prevent injury and your body becoming overtired. In addition, as a teacher, private coaches and gym memberships aren’t very accessible due to spiralling costs however the app’s monthly fee is much better value. I would go as far as saying that Runna provides even better training (plans are designed exactly to your needs and experience as a runner). If you want to start, improve or keep your running ticking over, there’s no better app available. Very excited to hopefully achieve a marathon PB in November and get ready for London in April!
