Got me active again! I have been using Sweat for over a year and am nearing the end of one of the Yoga programs I signed up for. I’ve previously completed a Pilates program and a mobility 6 week program. My goal was to do activities that are great for my joints and provide more resistance training. This app has made me active at least 3 times a week which was my goal. I work full time and felt like I didn’t have time for long workouts. That’s why Sweat is great because most of the workout programs offer 30-40 minute workouts with options for longer workouts if you want. They also have both gym and home workouts with options to substitute exercises based on what equipment is on hand. It works out great for me and has gotten me active again. I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last year, not intentionally, just because I am actually prioritizing moving my body more. There’s also a step tracker, water tracker, etc to stay healthy and a meal planner. I don’t really use the meal planner feature but I have made a few of the recipes so it’s nice to have for smoothie and snack ideas mainly. I am feeling stronger than before and feel as though I have far more stamina and energy. It really is geared toward all fitness levels and the programs build you up to more complicated exercises or, as is the case with yoga, more complicated poses. It’s been amazing for me!
