So many fitness apps you delete in a month - NOT THIS ONE I have consistently used this app over the past 2 years - it is easily the most sustainable fitness app on the App Store. Setting aside the results which I will get into, the app is flawless and very easy to use. It seamlessly replaces a personal trainer as long as you’re someone who has a background in working out at some level. Economics of it are infinitely better than hiring a personal trainer. Now getting to results, the results for me are at least three times better than if I were to just do it on my own with my own concepts of weight training. I’m someone who has tried a lot of different weight training regimens over the years so I could put it together on the fly. But I don’t push myself as well as this app pushes me in its programs. And it is totally sustainable long term. Most days I don’t even feel like working out. But I follow the steps of this app for each workout program and by the end of my workout, I feel very pushed. And now my body is much more toned and stronger than I have ever done myself. I’ve been using this app for two years and don’t anticipate stopping. Definitely recommend it.
