After several correspondence with a customer service representative, AR agreed to do a partial refund for my subscription. I think that’s fair since I technically still have access to subscriber benefits until those benefits expire. Overall, I’m satisfied with the resolution. I’m leaving my old review below so people have full awareness in the subscription process if they happen to read my review. — Old review: DO NOT make the same mistake I made. This app doesn’t do their subscriptions through the App Store. It opens a webpage within the app. This may not sound like a big deal, but what it means is that there’s no support for the customer. I got charged $70+ dollars for a subscription I didn’t even realize I had. No email notice about an upcoming renewal. No correspondence at all (even though they flood your inbox about everything else). I emailed them to attempt to get a refund since I’m not using the service (it wasn’t for me). They basically said, nope too bad, it wasn’t in your accounts page. I didn’t even have the app on my phone anymore. Also, in this same email I expressed that I couldn’t reset my password to log in to my account. Zero help solving that problem. STAY AWAY!
